20/06/2017 Former Registered Manager at Ismeer Residential Care Home, Gorran Haven, Cornwall, Lisa Thomas (42) of St Blazey has today been sentenced at Truro Crown Court in relation to the neglect of a person who lacks capacity, contrary to section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
